According to the Tech Matrix the SIDIR communication driver 2023 R2 SP1 https://gcsresource.aveva.com/TechnologyMatrix/Report/Details/16022 supports only firmware up to 3.1.3 for S7-1500 explicitly.
But customers are using TIA19 or TIA20 which uses newer versions like 3.1.5 or 4.x, so are customers supported when using newer TIA portals and the relevant firmware or what can they do?
An info from the product management would be great rickard.norin .
