Hi Nomthandazo
I have the same issue as you.
Have you found a solution yet?
Thanks

Hi,
I have seem similar behavior when the node hosting the InTouch application has multiple applications deployed and user switches between them using Window Viewer.
Perhaps not same in your case, but to jut to confirm,
Is the application hosted on a dedicated node for the purpose of InTouch web or are users running InTouch locally as well?
Does it host one or several different applications?
Have you seen any activity that seems to trigger this, such as redeploy or other user activity on the hosting node?
Also it would be good to know what version you are running since Aveva focusing a lot on fixing bugs and modifying the product on the Web Part
Hi Richard
Is the application hosted on a dedicated node for the purpose of InTouch web or are users running InTouch locally as well?
- A user is running only WindowViewer.
Does it host one or several different applications?
- Only one InTouch application is hosted on this Runtime node.
Have you seen any activity that seems to trigger this, such as redeploy or other user activity on the hosting node?
- I am not sure which factors affect the hosting node , because only the developer who can access the application manager to redeploy or modify the hosting node and and the issue just comes randomly.
- Now I have 3 PC (1 for WindowViewer and 2 for InTouch Web Client).
Version InTouch 2023R2 SP1
