Freezed visualisation

I have a visualisation of actual measurement like:

This works fine.

When I login at a higher login level (admin) the visualisations freeze.
They are displayed but are not updated anymore.

When I logout the visualisations start updating again.

There is no data loss because the trend charts are OK (no interruptions visible)

For as far I can see there are no restriction regarding privileges.

Anybody an idea how to solve this or what is causing this behaviour?

    Could you also check the configuration of the (admin) user account and compare it to the working account? Check both Users and Roles settings.

    Is this account a Plant SCADA user account or is it a role that is linked to a Windows User group (enables Windows Authentication)?

    Also, please check the Security settings of the page instance, not the template, as the instance can override the Template settings.

    You have not mentioned what version you are using. Can you mention the Plant SCADA (formerly known as Citect SCADA) version?

    It might also help to open the kernel window for the client and run from the command line "Page Table CSAToPSI.Subs" to see the active tag subscriptions for the client process.

    If you still experience issues after debugging this, I recommend reaching out to Technical Support for additional assistance.

    The configuration of both accounts is the same. It is a plant scada account.
    Security setting on the page are also OK. No privilages set.
    I have plant scade 2023

    I recommend you reach out to AVEVA Technical Support to try troubleshoot this further.

    I've not seen this issue before or heard of other customers who have experienced this issue.

    I don't think it will solve your issue, but it may be worth installing the latest Patch available for 2023, namely Update 31 (Dec 2025) patch update.
