Is it possible to run a view-only client 2023R2 against a server which is running 2020R2? The client will run a stand-alone project that is compiled on the client machine. No deployment shall be made.
The client will obtain a license from the server. That license will be updated to 2023R2.
In some use cases however, we might need to run differing versions of the client and server.
