Problem with licence web after update

Hi, i have updated my system platform 2020 to system platform 2023 and i can not acess the licence manager web to aply my licence. I have test the conection on the configurator and says that is sucessfull, but when i open the url https:// /AELicenseManager it says that i can not optain acess to that page

Did you check AELicmanager user group, is your user has been added into it? if you dont find this group create it manually and add your user into it. also if you are using workgroup environment i would suggest to run AEwork group utility as well.
