Hi, official communication should be out any day now. The functionality has been migrated as separate offerings depending if you are a Partner or non-Partner. Partners will be able to get access to PI for development via the AVEVA Partner Ecosystem Program, while non-partner will be able to do so via their AVEVA Flex subscription.
