Intouch HMI windowmaker is Crashing on windows ........!!

But the isssue is still there...

What is the error in the OCMC log viewer when windowmaker crashes?

I never checked a error inside ocmc log viewer..

Windows event logs is logging app crashing events..

I will defenetly look up into ocmc log viewer and will update you soon.

Hi Travern, this is the error message that showing on OCMC while windowmaker Crashes.

Message:
LoadInitilizeControls:: Could not load file or assembly 'ArchestrA. Visualization. GraphicAbstractions, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=23106a86e706d0ae' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified., at WindowMaker.View.TagHirearchy..ctor()
at WindowMaker.View.MainForm.InitializeComponent()
at WindowMaker.View.MainForm.LoadInitilizeControls()

Any updates on this...???

Hi, This does not sound like any common issue I have encountered.

Just to verify, you get this error even if you create a new application and try to start Window Maker,
or is the issue specific to the application you are working on?

If its an issue on any application there do indeed seem to be some corruption of your application, but you have uninstalled and installed so perhaps there could be some aggressive antivirus software that blocks some functions, but as stated this issue is new to me so it is a guessing game here...

As stated there could be some new updates that has not been cleared by Aveva yet, but you could review this on the security central.

Latest KB for 24H2 that is supported is from 2025-09-09 so they are verified quite fast.

I would advise to contact Tech support since the version of InTouch you are running is supported on Windows 11 24H2, they should be able to help you sort this one out.

the problem is not only with one application.

even the intouch demo app is not working.
