Citect 2018 R2 - Alarm CUSTOM1 field doesn't displaying on alarms page

I want to display the contents of the CUSTOM1 field in the alarm page, according to the documentation this field must be able to be displayed but I have an empty string in place of the expected information.

Can you tell me why ?

    the idea of a forum is to help people in the community, like people help you on other forums for e.g. ClearSCADA and Inductive.

    [Alarm]UseConfigLimits=1 might help on this one, but you could try first to see if writing to the Alarm.Custom1 property shows up in the list (this will tell you if the list display is working correct).
