In my Citect 2015 SP1 installation, I have trends that are configured with a sample period of 00:05:00 and have the historize set to TRUE. The trend values appears in the historian database, but Vijeo Historian only enters an entry if the value changes. Is it possible to have Historian log an entry regardless if the tag has changed value?
I see, in the trend tag's attribute in Historian, that in the logging tag there is a checkbox for "Log all samples". The documentation on this is unclear. Is that what I could change manually and also would that change persist through a synchronization with Citect? Or maybe there is a different/better way? The historian deadband is automatically set to 0.
