Thank you for the reply. From the documentation available in the ISO file, I understand that Plant SCADA Access Anywhere Gateway software needs to be installed on a computer in the SCADA network. Through this network outside clients can connect. 

In my understanding to connect a gateway computer from the internet by entering a custom website (hhtps://CLIENTNAME/443) we ned to have a host name and static IP from the internet service provider. We need to have an internet connection on the gateway computer. Is it the correct way?

Correct. You also need to have a trusted SSL certificate. PSAA only provides a self-signed certificate.  In addition, you need to purchase Windows RDS licenses depending how many PSAA clients are required. I think your IT department will help you to sort it out.

In "Plant SCADA Access Anywhere Installation and Configuration Guide.pdf" have

Updating SSL certificate is straightforward. Launch Plant SCADA Access Anywhere from Start Menu and go to Security Tab as shown below. Simply place the thumbprint of your own certificate and then click on Apply button. You need to restart the service from General tab.

So we can use SSL own certificate generated by for example from Windows Server 2022 by local policy or use SSL Let's encrypt to using it  in local network ?

How about adding cert. from clients scada computers side to not see information in browser unsecure ?,

That's what I miss in this manual
