No, Vijeo part numbers all start with VJC, like in your screenshot.

Although the exact part number is unknown to me as well, it looks like it might be a read-only (manager) client license of some sort. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

I have searched my pricelists back to 2009... but couldn't find the Part Number.
Perhaps it may help if you have a Serial Number, we can look in the backend of the Key.

Looking through some old quotes of mine, there are many Citect SCADA products starting with CT101... and CT102.. but only one starting with CT103.. 

The number doesn't exactly match. It is CT103099: Citect Anywhere View Only Client: Unlimited.

You can check and use the CiUSafe Key Update with the Authorisation Code from below link.

Therefore, any new licenses, you can perhaps at to that or new keys.
