We are using Plant SCADA 2023, earlier OPC UA Server requires seprate licesne but now does it requires additional license ?

As per our knowledge erlier we required seprate licese for OPC UA Server in Plant SCADA. But from 2023 version does it requires seprate OPC UA Server Licesne ?
