But in general you deploy a platform to your win 911 node, set up the alarm group you want to subscribe to, you can of course filter and cherry-pick the alarms you want to trigger an email / SMS and create different workflows based on the filter too.

When it comes to SMS, many services utilizes email to trigger an SMS, but Win 911 also has support for GSM modems, the list of supported models and the way to set the up is also very well documented on their website.

And as an option they have an App that can be installed on your mobile device to integrate users in your ways of working with the alarms.
