Urgent License Support Request – Conversion from Hard Key to Soft Key

Dear Team,

One of our customers has lost their hardware keys for InTouch 2014 Runtime with I/O and Development Studio 2014. They urgently require license support, as the software cannot start without the license.

The customer is requesting a soft key solution in order to resume operations.

Could you please advise the best approach to convert these licenses from hard key to soft key in this case?

  • Hi, I would advise you to contact tech support, they can provide you with a temporary demo license to resume operations while you engage with a sales representative, they can provide the steps in converting an existing hardware key license to a software key, if possible.

    You should provide the existing serial number of the license so they can identify the current license. 

    I don't think anyone here on the public forum can resolve this for you.
