    • When installing the software, did you unblock the ISO or ZIP file before proceeding?
    • Can you confirm whether the machine hosting the System Management Server (SMS) is reachable via its Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)?
    • Lastly, are the involved nodes part of a Domain or a Workgroup?
