Please assist with the following issue: The client software has been successfully installed on the workstation; however, during the final setup phase - specifically while configuring the Configurator - the following error is encountered:
This is on AVEVA System Platform 2023 R2 SP1

    • Have you had a chance to check the Logger for any detailed error messages?
    • When installing the software, did you unblock the ISO or ZIP file before proceeding?
    • Can you confirm whether the machine hosting the System Management Server (SMS) is reachable via its Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)?
    • Lastly, are the involved nodes part of a Domain or a Workgroup?
