List of PI Vision Calculation Functions

Hi all,

because I was just not finding a list of PI Vision Calculation Functions online, I created one myself as a reference when creating PI Vision Displays.

I'd thought I share it if someone is interested. It also features example usage so you don't have to guess how to use it properly.

Is the list correct\up2date ?
For example, trying to use Left to extract the leftmost part of a string did not work in PI VISION 2023.

only being able to directly reference PI points directly is quite limiting in the ability to use these functions.

This list seems to be incorrect as of PI Vision 2022 you can not use PrevVal('att','*')
Why can't you do this I don't know because it would be quite nice to display last time value updated with in an asset comparison table.

The analysis below would be nice
TimeStamp(PrevVal('att','*'))

you are partially correct.
Won't work if you are referencing and AF point.
Returns " Expression may not use functions that evaluate at different time contexts."
It will will work however if referencing a PI Server Point instead of an AF point.
See below example.
Very annoying that it does not work for AF points...
