Upgrade .NET version support for AF SDK

Summary or Latest News

From Feedback as of 2024-05-17:

We have begun work to implement a .NET 8 version of the AF SDK. Please continue to share your use cases and requirements!

The release is now scheduled for the first half of 2025. For our initial release, we are not targeting compatibility with Linux devices.

When the .NET 8 AF SDK is released, it will be delivered independent from PI AF Client. However, it is likely that this package will be delivered through our customer site and not directly from NuGet.
