I was asked to work on integrating a PI system and I have not been able to locate the AF SDK.
It is available for download from the Customer Portal. You can search on Products named "AF Client", though you could narrow down your search with "AF Client 2018" or "AF Client 2024" depending upon your PSA licensing.
