In PI Vision I cannot create and activate Multistate for RPM (Speed),Temperature and Vibration on electro motor.

Always an error message come up with Multi-State Data error: Attribute not found.

There is also No Data on Hi and HiHi parameter. Attached please find the screenshots and the AF database Setup. Do you have some advice? Thank you in advance.
