All the users have the permission to annotate the events, and the security setting of the event frame template is set to "Allow" for Annotate. However, I cannot modify/delete the annotation entered by another user. I found only the admin user can modify other users' entries. Is there a way to allow a non-admin user to modify other users' entries?
