I want to only collect data to totalize or average every day at (i.e.;) 7AM, for the past 7 day, 30 day, 90 days.

If I use a TagMean(tagname, 't'+7h, ', 't'-(7d+7h) [that syntax is right, but is descriptive], this will event weighted average every value. If I there are duplicated values in the base tag, it will skew the average results. A TagAvg will do the same.

Is there a way to simulate the Pi DataLink Sampled data, every 24 hours, starting a particular time?

Variable1: TagVal(attribute attname, '*'). Output this to an attribute and save the history to a tag (Lets say "History1") .
Variable2: TagAvg('History1', '*-7d', '*').
