PI AF analysis formula

Question

I have a question about PI AF system related with the analysis function.

We would like to use below logic (use latest time : ‘*’), but return “Calc Failed” for the value at evaluation and cannot proceed this analysis.

If we input ‘*-5m’ in this cell, we can proceed.

However, we need to start this from latest time to analysis so we need to input ‘*’.

How to solve this issue? Could you support us?

Hi Takuya,

The problem seems to be that the tag value of 'Silane SiH4 Flow' when it is set to 'now' does not return a number, which is why the error is popping up

Is it possible to share the value of Silane SiH4 Flow set to * in the same analysis as a separate variable?

Meaning, create a new variable and only put TagVal('Silane SiH4Flow', '*') and see what value we get?
