I was working with PI Vision version “AVEVA-PI-Vision_2023-SP1-Patch-1” which would be version 3.9.1.0, by indication, I had to upgrade to “AVEVA-PI-Vision_2023-SP1-Patch-2” which would be version 3.9.2.0.
In version 3.9.1.0 my custom symbols work without any problem, when I migrated to the new version (3.9.0.2) I noticed that they stopped working and the “Assets” section in PIVision does not recognize them either, only a blue square is displayed. Faced with this problem I tried several methods:
*Reload my custom symbols folders.
*Change folder path*.
*Remove some symbols to see if others would work*.
*Uninstall and reinstall PI Vision *Uninstall and reinstall PI Vision
However none of this solved the problem, when checking the Netwrok Trace status I find the following:
require(“amcharts3/amcharts/amcharts.js”);
however this file “amcharts.js” is located inside my custom folders.
Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?
