I recently created a new account and I am able to access PiSquare using the SSO. However, when I try to access the Customer Portal it tells me that I don't have access to the page. Could I get some help to access the Customer Portal? Thanks!

Ask around YOUR company. Ask the PI Admins at YOUR company. Ask whoever in YOUR company negotiates contracts with AVEVA or who routinely meets with an AVEVA Customer Success Manager.
