Jarita has not functioned as the Community Admin for many years, so I doubt she will respond. Nor is there any reason to call Tech Support. Rather the problem exists entirely on your end with your company. You need to find the person in YOUR company who is the responsible for contracts. It is up to that person in YOUR company to declare which email addresses are granted permission to use the customer portal.
