You can accomplish this by setting up an Event Frame analysis, and in the expression for the trigger you can do this:

’TheAttribute’ = «normal» AND TimeNE(‘TheAttribute’, ‘*-5m’, ‘*’, «normal») >= 300

You’re checking that ’TheAttribute’ value currently is «normal», and that the time ’TheAttribute’ was not equal to «normal» for the past five minutes was, in fact 5 minutes (5 x 60s).
