How to Resend Escalated Notifications at the Highest Level Only?

You could setup two independent escalation teams and optionally put them in a group. You could have the first escalation group (lowest level recipients) not repeat. For the highest one, you could also have it trigger, but would want a longer escalation period. This might not work for you and I think it is very challenging because PI Notifications wants to repeat through the escalation periods.

I think we can combine your method with a two identical EFG analyses approach, where one is triggered immediately for the lower level recipients and another is triggered after some time (by using "True for") for the highest level ones. That way, we can have the delayed analysis repeat the notifications for the highest level recipients only.
