Hello, I would like to create an average calculation to be taken every 12 hours (e.g. 0745h and 1945h) that measures the average for the last 15 minutes of each time interval- e.g. the 0745h one displays an average for 0730-0745h. Any ideas? TIA

You can create an analysis to get the average for the last 15 minutes: tagavg('tag','*','*-15m'), make it period with a 12 hour interval and an offset of 7 hours 45 minutes.

Hi (Missing Content)​, is there a file that exists that may show different calculation formula wordings such as the "tagavg" one you provided me with, that I could search for anything else I may be able to use? Thank you!

In the 'Analyses' tab of an attribute in PI Systems Explorer, when creating or editing an analyses, there is a window on the right hand side.

It shows the functions and attributes; you can click on a function to see the name and options. If the windows isn't available, look for the window separator with an arrow. Click on the arrow to expand the window.

Also, in PI System Explorer, you can search the Help.. Help Topics for the functions.
