Combining two tags data based on rules defined in PI analysis

Question

Looking for a way to retrieve the next 3 points from a tag, and then the next say 100 values from another tag (missing the first 3) and combining the values for both to create a 3rd data set for a different tag. this happens every 5 min.

I have tried using the RecordedValues, this does return the data in an Array for both points, this is future data (which goes 24hrs ahead), the part I am struggling with is combining the arrays and writing the values out to a new point.

Is this possible, or should I look at scripting this outside of PI AF?

It sounds like you're trying to combine data sets and write multiple values to a single tag in one analysis.. which would require looping. And there is no looping in the analytics.

So, script outside looks like your best best.
