PI Server 2018 SP3 Patch 6 install changes from previous installers

Why did the installer change with this release? Now doesn't match installation documentation of previous releases. Modify, repair or uninstall are the choices. Which one for an upgrade?

If you have those 3 options, then someone already ran the installer and at least did a partial install. Something may not have installed correctly. Check the versions installed and also whether or not the installer is installed on the server (appwiz.cpl -> you'll see an entry at the top for "AVEVA PI Server 2018 SP3 Patch 6 Installer").

Nope, there was an AF client patch last month and patch 4 was the last server patch installed.
