Hello, How could I enable Pi System notifications so I can receive notifications? I ran the test to see if they are correct but I get an error without receiving a test email.

That's going to be an issue to resolve with your IT department. It's likely a network connection issue, especially since you're trying to connect to O365. Additionally, I would assume you need credentials to connect to that service. I'd check with your IT department to see if there's a mail relay hosted on the network. They also tend to not require authentication.
