How to make sure my AF server ir running?

When i log to /PIVision/Admin/ in the overview tab the database status is shown with an red X, and for the /PIVision i get the error message "An error occurred while processing your request" like the two images bellow

Somebody could help me with that?

I checked the SQL Management Studio logs, since my problem appears to be in the database i'm trying to connect, these are the logs, I don't see any problems with the PIVision database (the one im trying to connect with), could you check my logs and tell me if something there is important?
