Feature request as using separate formats and dual lists is a clunky solution.
Could Aveva add markup to include/exclude content in-between in notification formats? This would be a far more elegant and flexible solution to separate templates or using the global Message for Closed Notification.
e.g. <openonly>foo</openonly> always sent stuff <closeonly>bar</closeonly>
