Hi:
I recently installed RtReports in a test environment and when I open either the editor or the generator and I put the credentials it says I am not authorized to access either of them.
I am using a local account that I created on the server with Admin priviledges and I included that account as part of the RtReports Admin group as well as the RtBaseline Admin group.
(RT_Admin and RtReports accts)
I even added the RT_Admin account to the PI data archive admin accounts and nothing. Am I missing something?
I'll appreciate any help
