We have archived-Off few of our PI Tags but still see some sporadic values recorded in them. Initially it seemed very strange but later we could guess that it may happen that during an archive shift, irrespective of the archiving status, a value gets stored in the tag.
So want to confirm, Does a PI tag store value during an archive shift even when it's archiving=off? If yes, Can you please share the link to the KB article . If no, Please help me understand in what scenarios a tag with archiving = Off can store values
