PI Base Subsystem refuse to start

Getting the following error Unable to open a session on a server. [-10727] PINET: RPC is Non-Existent. Could someone advise as to how to resolve this? Can't seem to get my PI Base Subsytem to run

For this, it would be the best for you to contact the TechSupport. It would be nice to check the PI Message Logs. If About-PISDK utility works, then it'll be helpful. If not, you may need to use the pigetmsg.exe utilty.
