Pi Vision/ Asset Framework connection issue

I'm currently installing in a brand new server/system.

I am at the part where I am configuring Pi Vision admin page after installation. I was successful in linking Pi Vision Database & Data Servers, but upon attempting to link Asset Servers I get nothing but a red X when I try to test the connection. A brand new Asset server is already created.

What are the steps for troubleshooting here? I see no official documentation in the admin manual so I'm a bit lost on what to do.

It is probably a security issue. Your screen shot shows Vision is connecting as NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE - which is basically an anonymous connection - and your AF security may not be set up to allow anonymous connections. You may need to set your Vision application pool in IIS to run as a service account. Read this link for more information.

Are you on the PI Vision local machine? If so, please close all browsers and re-open it with Administrator privilege. When your login account is a member of Administrators group, you may actually get reduced permissions. In order to fully get access, you will need to run your browser as admin.

Do you have found the solution at this issue finally?
We have the same problem: the two PCs (that with PI Vision installed and the other with AF) ping each other, can see the AF but the connection failed and we don't have any log to understand the problem.
