I've got a pretty straight forward event frame being generated. Basically, I start an event frame when a filter press goes down (the feed pump is turned off or the filter step stays the same for 5 minutes or more.) This has been working successfully for past couple of years, but production engineers notified me that event frames are no longer being generated.
1) I've tried to recalculate/backfill all analysis
2) I've tried restarting the PI Analysis Service (and then backfilling again)
3) I've rebooted the AF Server (and then backfilling again)
4) I've evaluated the analysis in PI AF and everything looks to be correct.
5) The "Last Trigger Time" is showing the correct date-time for when it should have been triggered by viewing other process data.
In summary, nothing has changed, PI analysis seems to be working, but new Start Triggers are not creating the actual event frames. I've done an event frame search in PI AF as well as PI Vision to confirm.
I don't know what else to look at!
