I have succeeded in adding a symbol manual data entry that was created by Anna Perry.

Because the result in my server is different with the tutorial.
this is the display in my server
why the attribute in manual data entry not showed ? there is no error, but the display is not according to the tutorial.
is there anything that needs to be configured again on the server?
