How to add on the seondary data archive the same primary archive as the primary server?

PI Collective Manager usually does this when you form the Collective but you can Reinitialize using Collective Manager.

Please note that members of a PI Data Archive Collective operate independently. There is certain "metadata" synchronized like PI Points, Security Settings and Tuning Parameters but archiving is done individually. To ensure that archives receive the same updates, PI Buffer Subsystem is used to fan the data to all members of a PI Data Archive Collective. PI Buffer Subsystem usually runs on PI Interface Notes. Its main purpose is to Buffer the data collected by (PI) Interfaces but it is also used for the beforementioned fanning and for this reason, also applying the Compression, usually done by PI Snapshot Subsystem, on the Interface host.

Hello Gregor.Beck​  thank you your answer. soo in the case of just the primary archive that i want to copy ( i already copy manually from a backup the others) from the primary DA to the secondary DA, both colletive will have the same primary archive ?

You can copy the current archive being written to, to the secondary server. But as Gregor mentioned, if you do not use Buffering, they will drift again because you won't be sending data to both servers.

hello MainelyInnovations​ , i am using buffering. My concern it is because the secondary server has already a primairy archive, but i want to replace it by the same primary archive as the primary server. I will test that. Thank you

I wouldn't copy the primary archive while it's being written to. You can either wait for the natural shift to occur, or you can force a shift. If you're using buffering, then the new primary archive will be the same between both, and you can copy the other archive to the secondary.
