Wanted to extract data from PI data archive in csv file automatically only on change in data but as we don't have full license so can't use PI functionality to create this file

It would help to better clarify your objectives. Do you really want something to trigger automatically on a change in data because the whole purpose of a PI Data Archive is to continuously record data changes?

At the bare minimum, your company must have a PSA license to access the PI Data Archive. While your company may not have licenses for specific other PI products, you can still interact with PI Data Archive programatically BUT that places a big developer burden upon you. I wish you good luck.

Objective is : Convert data from PI Archive into CSV format only at change on specific parameter. We can't use PI functionality because that product is not available so which other product do we need to use to convert this data of PI Archive to CSV format .

STEP (1) READ PI DATA

You can use AF SDK in .NET Framework 4.8. You will want to use a PIDataPipe to receive change in data events for PIPoints.

You can use PI Web API and Channels to receive change in data events for Stream or Streamset, which can contain Point(s).

STEP (2) WRITE DATA TO CSV

Up to you as to layout of the files.

What is the purpose of duplicating the data to CSV?
