Why would all but one of the Performance Points created for pipesched show 31-Dec-69 18:00 as the Snapshot value?

I an using the pipesched interface with 14 scan classes. When creating the performance points, only the 15 second scan frequency scan rate provides the correct snapshot value.

Would this be an error on my part?
