I have built a new display in pi vision and some users cannot view some tags.

Do they see data for some of the tags ?

If not, than it is likely that they have an authentication issue with the PI server.

Try to check their user accounts’ association with PI identities on the PI server as well as the relevant PI tags security (ptsecurity and data security)

Are your PI servers and AF servers on the same domain as your PI vision server ?

yes they see some data. and yes the servers are on the same domain. im not entirely sure what is the difference between the tags that are working and not working but i felt like it was a security setting as well but when i looked at the security settings for the new tags in system management tools they are identical.

Are they using the same identity as you ? Or are they assigned to different identity ?

Did you compare the security settings on the AF DB (including the attributes used in the display) between your account and the other users ?
