PI SMT has its own install kit. please search for SMT on the Customer portal download page.

Could you try selecting the products tab on top and try searching for SMT again?
I did select Products and it is the same result. I believe I had selected Products in that picture as well, and for some reason the blue underline switched back to "Cases" when I clicked in the search bar.
Do you have sites other than the EA Virtual? This one might have an expired license for DA.
