PI Datalink not loading with Office 365 excel

Anybody have the issue of PI Datalink not loading with MS Excel.

- currently running Office 365 and cannot get PI Data link to open with excel.

- have installed and uninstalled and re-installed the PI Data link and still can get it to load.

Any ideas would be great!

Enable the addin in Excel. Go to File -> Options ->Add-ins Scroll to disabled addins and see is DataLink listed as disabled. If listed right click and Enable. Following enable: Go to File -> Options…

Hi Denis,

Which version of PI DataLink are you using?
If it is 2019, you can find PIRibbonFixer.ps1 (version 3.0) in %pihome%\Excel. This script resolves common problems with PI DataLink ribbon in Excel.
How to Resolve Common PI DataLink or PI Builder Ribbon Issues via PowerShell

If it is an older version, please let us know.
Please also check in the Excel add-ins to ensure if PI DataLink and PI DataLink (Legacy) add-ins have been enabled.
