Have you installed the Pi SQL Client exe?
Download the PI SQL Client setup kit (aveva.com)
The download should include the PiSQL Client OLEDB Provider
Can always try manually inputting the connector as below:
provider=PISQLClient.1;data source=*********;location=*********
