Is there a way with the AF SDK to add a PI Server? I currently use the silent installation. I import the known server table. In my estimation the KST is really all that is necessary.

I wrote an application leveraging the AF-SDK. The only way I can get it to talk to PI is using the installation and importing the known server table. This like a lot of overhead. All I actually need is just the KST. Is there a way in the AF-SDK to add a PI server to the KST? I am hoping there is a control similar to the PI System Picker (AF Picker) that will let me add a PISERVER. If it can be done via code, then I can hardcode the server and connection string. That information is always the same and ties back to my organization's server in the data center.

Hi ABantly ​ , I believe when you add servers during silent install, it's added automatically already. Is this not the case for you?   There is a way within AFSDK to add servers to KST still. Below is one for adding AF Server and Data Archive to your KST. AF -> PISystems.Add Method (aveva.com) DA -> PIServers.Add Method (aveva.com)
