The interactive logs show that you may be having an incorrect /SERVER value.

I believe this parameter in the UI is in the General tab. SDK server name and/or API server name on the right. Could you verify if the PI Server name/FQDN is correct in this field in the ICU?

Oh so sorry for confusion! Please check the OPCInt section and the hostname/FQDN of the OPC DA Server. If this field is blank, then please try putting localhost or the interface machine's hostname instead.

I just had the same issue and reinstalling the PIAPI-2018-for-Windows-Integrated-Security_2.0.2.5_.exe solved the issue.
