I have a PI dev Club user that allows me to post to PI Square Email:. I also have a user on https://my.osisoft.com/. But I can't browse the site and see what's there

How to get a Login? I have a login, and i can enter the website, but the message above is showed, you do not have access to this page

Did you purchase a PI Dev Club subscription? Yes, i have a PI Dev CLub subscrition and i downloaded the PI Server with it.

At which point are you facing an issue? I only need to undertand the difference between interfaces, connector and adaptors, in a simple way,

I am trying to help but please understand that I will not copy the content of any knowledge article.

I have checked the link (Missing Content)​ shared above and ran into an error. The correct link should be What are the differences between PI Adapters, PI Connectors, and PI Interfaces.

I am not an expert on these details and would refer the contact options offered in the document that I have shared with you. What I can tell is that there is a significant difference between owning an SSO account and having a Customer Portal Login. We know that just the SSO account is not good enough to view all existing knowledge articles.

However, as far as I can see the SSO profile you are using to post here has no PI Dev Club subscription linked to it and was not used to download any setup kit. Could be that II am doing something wrong but that's what I am seeing. Did you eventually use a different account with the subscription / download?

I'm trying to access this document but however I search I'm getting "No articles found". I'm assuming this is since the move over to the AVEVA article database.

Do you have a link that works or some hints how to find this and other articles on the AVEVA system?
