PI web API calls in Custom PI Vision symbol

Hi all,

Need to how could we make PI webapi call through custom symbol, if we use load balancer in the PI server.

Earlier we had only one PI server so the API call were successful and we were able to fetch the response from API.

But after implementing the load balancer the call are not successful, Also we have a PI collective.

can any one suggest the correct method to make calls.

Below is the error that I am getting while making the calls

As per the error reported, I would suggest you to check Cors attributes and add NLB , specific instances in CorsOrigins (e.g.https://NLB-Alias, https://PrimaryHostname, https://SecondaryHostname) depending on your requirement.

I am experiencing the same issue using a Custom Symbol in order to frame a website inside PI Vision:

These are the CORS attribute configuration placed in PI Web API config. Is this accurate?

If you have anonymous disabled, then you need CORS to support credentials, otherwise your request will not be able to validate against the API.
